Peng Zhang

Peng Zhang is a PhD student. His research focuses on (i) the structural design of thin-walled cold-formed steel columns against buckling under uniaxial compression and (ii) the structural design of hybrid SPF glulam columns against buckling under uniaxial compression. He started the PhD study from September of 2014. Peng Zhang has received a diploma in Civil Engineering from the Jiangsu Ocean University in 2010. Moreover, he has received his MSc (2013) in Structural Engineering from the Wuhan University of Technology. Afterwards, he was employed as an assistant engineer in the EDRI Ltd. (IT Electronics Eleventh Design & Research Institute Scientific and Technology Engineering Corporation Limited) at Wuxi, China for nearly one year.
